How to participate & redeem?

Step 1:
Buy any 3 packs of OLDTOWN products** from any retail hypermarket / supermarkets / minimarkets.
**OLDTOWN White Coffee series 15 sticks; OLDTOWN Kopitiam series 15 sticks; OLDTOWN Milk Tea series 13 sticks; and OLDTOWN Nan Yang series 18 sticks.
Step 2:
Take a clear picture and full image of the receipt and submit via https://www.oldtown.com.my/happenings
Step 3:
Once the submission has been reviewed, agency will announce the results via email or sms within 1 to 2 working days.
Step 4:
Look for the organiser's service provider at selected outlets & date to redeem the plushie.

What is the age requirement of participants?
|
The redemption program is strictly for legal residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above and with a valid identification document and residential address in Malaysia. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request for evidence of identification documents.

|
Submission & Redemption will start from 1st April 2025 and end on 15th May 2025.

How many receipts can I submit for each submission?

Only 1 receipt can be submitted for each submission.

|
You can redeem up to 5 units of each OLDTOWN plushie design using the same phone number.

How will the results be sent to me?
|
The Organiser’s service provider will verify all the submission within 1-2 working days and the results will be announced via email or SMS based on the preferred communication channel.

How can I redeem the OLDTOWN plushie?
|
An approved message will be sent via email or SMS, based on your preferred communication channel. The OLDTOWN plushie must be redeemed at the selected outlet on the chosen date. Please bring your original physical receipt and present it together with the approved message to the OLDTOWN promoter during redemption.

Do I have to keep the receipt after I submitted my submission?
|
Yes, original receipt must be presented to OLDTOWN promoter during the redemption of the OLDTOWN plushie.
The Organiser shall reserve the right to request for evidence of the hardcopy for verification and redemption. Failure to present the hard copy upon request will result in disqualification and OLDTOWN plushie forfeiture.

Can I make purchase and redeem on the spot from OLDTOWN promoter?
|
Yes, you can visit the available redemption locations and dates which stated under Redemption Locations.

What is the operation hour to redeem OLDTOWN plushie?
|
You can visit the redemption location on the scheduled date from 12pm - 4pm and 5pm - 7pm to redeem the OLDTOWN plushie, while stocks last.
